Rules for the Collection, Processing, and Storage of Users’ Personal Data

1. General provisions
1.1. These Rules for the Collection, Processing, and Storage of Users’ Personal Data (hereinafter – the Rules) define the procedure for obtaining, storing, processing, and using information received during the use of the website: https://tceh.com.ua (hereinafter – the Website).
1.2. The confidentiality of our Website users is of great importance to us, and we make every effort to ensure its protection. These Rules explain how we use your personal data.
1.3. These Rules have been developed in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679), as well as taking into account the provisions of the legislation of Ukraine in the field of personal data protection.

2. Definitions
In these Rules, the following terms shall have the following meanings:
Company – the Data Controller – Limited Liability Company “TSEKH CENTER” (identification code – 44243576), located at: 01030, Kyiv, Yaroslaviv Val Street, Building 18, which, in accordance with applicable legislation, determines the purpose of personal data processing, defines the composition of such data, and sets the procedures for their processing.
Data Processor – an individual or legal entity who has been authorized by the Company or by law to process personal data.
Personal Data – information or a set of information about an individual who is identified or can be specifically identified.
Processing of Personal Data – any operation or set of operations, such as collection, registration, accumulation, storage, adaptation, alteration, updating, use, and dissemination (distribution, sale, transfer), depersonalization, destruction of personal data, including through the use of information (automated) systems.
Client – Data Subject – an individual who visits the Company’s website.
Data Subject’s Consent – the freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous indication of the data subject’s wishes by which he or she, by a statement or by a clear affirmative action, signifies agreement to the processing of personal data relating to him or her, according to the stated purpose of processing.
3. Acceptance of the rules by the data subject
3.1. Before continuing to browse the Company’s website, each Client is required to carefully read these Rules.
3.2. The absence of any formally expressed objections by the Client regarding the content of these Rules shall constitute confirmation that the Client has read and understood them, and accepts the procedure for processing their personal data as defined herein.
3.3. By providing their personal data when registering on the Company’s website and using the website, the Client gives their consent to the processing of their personal data by the Company.
4. Scope of personal data subject to processing
4.1.Client’s Personal Data.
When browsing the Company’s website, registering on the website, or subscribing to newsletters and updates related to the Company’s services and promotions, the Company may collect certain personal data to provide better service, including:
- first name, last name, and patronymic (if applicable), gender, date of birth, and age;
- email address;
- mobile phone number.
4.2. Technical and Statistical Data and Information.
In addition to the personal data listed in Section 1 of these Rules, the Company may also collect information about the Client’s device, as well as other statistical and technical data, such as how often the Client visits the Company’s website, the duration of each visit, and the IP address used at the time of access.
This data is collected and used for the analysis of visit frequency and user preferences, website administration, statistics, and security purposes.
Statistical and technical data obtained via the Client’s web browser and/or device may also be used for marketing and advertising purposes, provided that such data is not related to the Client’s personal data and is not used for the identification of the data subject.
4.3. The Company does not collect or process personal data related to racial or ethnic origin, political, religious, or philosophical beliefs, membership in political parties or trade unions, criminal convictions, as well as data concerning health, sexual life, biometric or genetic data.
5. Purpose of personal data processing
5.1. The personal data of the data subject is processed by the Company for the following purposes:
- Ensuring communication with Clients;
- Personalizing our Website;
- Creating a Client account on the Company’s website;
- Providing access to coworking spaces and services;
- Processing Client orders online and booking meeting rooms, Skype rooms, and other zones;
- Contacting the Client regarding bookings, changes, or confirmations;
- Sending news, updates, or promotional materials;
- Processing and completing orders and maintaining communication with the Company’s Clients in order to fulfill the Company’s obligations arising from contracts concluded between the Company and the Client;
- Providing information about services, promotions, campaigns, and other announcements;
- Analyzing trends and performing statistical analysis for marketing and other internal purposes of the Company;
- Identifying Client preferences to deliver personalized offers;
- Enhancing website security.
6. Grounds and procedure for personal data processing
6.1. The grounds for processing personal data include:
- The data subject’s consent to the processing of their personal data (paragraph 1, part 1, Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”);
- The conclusion and performance of an electronic or other contract with the Client, or the implementation of pre-contractual measures (paragraph 3, part 1, Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”);
- The necessity of fulfilling a legal obligation imposed on the Company (paragraph 5, part 1, Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”);
- The necessity of protecting the legitimate interests of the Company or a third party to whom the personal data is transferred, except where such interests are overridden by the need to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of the Client in relation to the processing of their personal data (paragraph 6, part 1, Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”).
7. Cookies files
7.1. In order to ensure the proper functioning of the website, the Company places cookies on the Client’s device. Cookies contain information about the Client’s navigation on the website. A cookie is installed upon request from the website to the browser (such as Internet Explorer, Chrome), and it does not contain any software, spyware, or viruses and cannot access the user’s hardware information. The primary function of cookies is to allow the Company’s website to remember the Client’s actions and preferences (such as login, language, font size, and other display preferences) over a certain period of time so that the Client does not have to re-enter them each time they return to the website or navigate from one page to another.
7.2. Use of Cookies. The information collected by cookies allows the Company to improve the website and tailor its content to the Client’s preferences and individual needs, improve search results, maintain, and enhance the functionality and performance of the website. The cookies used on the website are always temporary and are used solely to improve the efficiency of the most recent transmission. The cookies used on the website are associated only with anonymous users and their computers and do not provide personal data about users. Cookies used on the website are not used for any purpose other than those stated above.
8. Rights of personal data subjects
8.1. The personal data subject has the following rights:
- To be informed about the sources of collection, location of their personal data, and the purpose of its processing;
- To receive information regarding the conditions for access to their personal data, in particular information about third parties to whom their personal data is transferred;
- To access their personal data and receive detailed information from the Company about their rights in connection with the processing of personal data, the procedure for exercising these rights, and data recipients by submitting a request to the Company’s postal or email address;
- To receive, no later than thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request (except in cases provided by law), a response indicating whether their personal data is being processed, and to receive the content of such personal data (the request must be in writing, dated, and signed);
- To submit a reasoned objection to the Company against the processing of their personal data;
- To submit a reasoned request for the restriction of processing of their personal data;
- To submit a reasoned request for the rectification or erasure of their personal data by the Company if such data is processed unlawfully or is inaccurate;
- To file complaints regarding the processing of their personal data with the Commissioner for Human Rights or with the court;
- To seek legal remedies in the event of a violation of the legislation on the protection of personal data;
- To include a reservation regarding the restriction of the right to process their personal data when giving consent;
- To withdraw consent to the processing of personal data.
9. Additional provisions
9.1. The Company reserves the right to amend these Rules unilaterally.
9.2. The amended Rules shall become effective upon their publication on the Company’s website, unless otherwise specified in the new version of the Rules.
